This conceptual map guides some themes that I am researching for, not having happiness as a goal, but for the increase in our understanding of it and its interactions with other aspects of life. We can and must learn / update our knowledge to develop in our lives and to have more tools to know which paths to follow.
For example, achievement theory suggests that achieving goals and objectives is an important factor in happiness and emotional well-being. By setting specific, challenging, and relevant goals and working in a committed way to achieve them, people can experience a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, which can contribute to their happiness and emotional well-being.
